Just Published! “Towards a Culture of Access 2022”

The “Towards a Culture of Access” Report, with findings from the Massachusetts Arts & Culture Access Survey conducted by Open Door Arts in 2021-2022 is now available!  The report reveals valuable information to better understand where the arts & culture sector in Massachusetts is regarding access work, and shares information about what’s getting in the way, and what may help it move forward.

Open Door Arts has Moved!

Open Door Arts is now a space partner at the Cultural Equity Incubator, a collective action shared workspace designed by and for arts and culture leaders committed to intersectional racial equity and creative justice. The CEI is a paradigm shift in creative collaboration, space making, resource sharing and community care.

Join our Team!

Open Door Arts is looking for passionate and creative Teaching Artists to support students with and without disabilities in Boston Public Schools classrooms for the 2022-2023 school year.  We will be hiring for music, visual arts, and drama/storytelling positions! Click on the links below to learn more.

If this doesn’t sound like the right role for you, but you know someone who would be a good fit- we encourage you to share it with them and will be offering a $100 referral bonus (for referring candidates that are hired) from August-October 2022.
