PROGRAMS
CONNECT. COLLABORATE. CREATE.
Our innovative programs support students, educators, artists, and cultural organizations to foster learning, promote equity, inprove access and increase representation and engagement of people with disabilities in arts and culture.
School Programs
Our School Program partners teaching artists and classroom teachers to develop career-connected arts learning experiences that support students with disabilities to learn artistic skills while promoting identity exploration and transition-readiness.

Open Door Gallery
Designed as a partnership between Worcester Art Museum, Seven Hills Foundation, and Open Door Arts,
ODG@WAM is a working studio and gallery that exhibits and celebrates the work of aspiring, emerging and established artists with disabilities, acting as a catalyst for community convening and conversation with the museum and beyond.
Cultural Access
Through our Cultural Access work we conduct research, create tools, and provide training to help staff from cultural organizations develop policies, practices, and programming that encourage meaningful inclusion and participation by people with disabilities.
