A group of 4 people gathered around an open book with flowers growing out of it. There are three closed books to the left with a bird perched on them. From L to R: A man with light brown skin, a bald head, and a close-shaved beard. He is wearing a suit; A woman with brown skin wearing a colorful, flowered dress and brightly striped head wrap; A woman with brown skin and her hair in locks wearing a grey sweater; and a woman with brown skin and long wavy hair wearing a purple dress.

“A Journey of Inclusion and Belonging”

A drawing of two Saffron-Cowled Blackbirds stacked horizontally. The bird on the top is lying on its side and the one below is on its back. It has bright yellow feathers on its belly and tan feathers on top. Both birds have tags on their feet with ID numbers and scientific names.

“Shared”

The self-portrait is rendered in a deep indigo blue. On the right is a large watermark in light blue. It almost appears to wash away the right side of her face. In the watermark are green splotches. The watermark and green splotches are from chemicals being added to the cyanotype print.
